At Alex Flower Farm, we take great care in growing and preparing each order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • All dahlia tuber sales are final
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed

Order Issues & Claims

If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

  • You must contact us through our website contact form
  • Please include your order number and photos (if applicable)
  • Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery

We are unable to review or honor claims submitted after this time frame.


Response Time

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for a response after submitting your claim
  • We appreciate your patience, especially during busy shipping periods

Our Commitment

If there is a confirmed issue on our end, such as:

  • Mislabeling
  • Order errors
  • Missing items

We will make it right, which may include a refund or replacement at our discretion.
