Shipping Timeline

  • All orders will be shipped no later than April 21st
  • Orders may ship earlier depending on readiness and weather conditions
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped via UPS 3-Day Express
  • Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed

Combined Shipping

  • We are happy to combine multiple orders
  • Orders must be placed using the same email address and shipping address
  • When eligible, we will combine shipments and refund any excess shipping charges
  • Combined shipping refunds will be processed after orders are packed

Live Plant Shipping Disclaimer

  • Dahlia tubers are perishable, living products
  • We carefully pack each order, but we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by:
    • Shipping carriers
    • Weather conditions (heat, cold, frost)
    • Transit delays
  • Once your order is handed to UPS, risk transfers to the customer

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order upon arrival:

  • You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Please include your order number and photos (if applicable)
  • Claims submitted after 72 hours will not be accepted

Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in transit
  • Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high shipping volume
